Vishal is a senior leader with over 20+ years of experience across IT Business Consulting, Sales, and Service Delivery. He has extensive experience working with leading Blue-Chip companies such as British Telecom, IBM, HP, TechMahindra and Amdocs.
Strategic thinker and accomplished leader with deep understanding of technology and business trends along with exceptional focus on solutions and new age technologies.
In the previous role as Customer Delivery Manager in Pune for a 4$ Billion Company, he set up an artificial intelligence / conversational bot competency that built innovative business solutions to meet complex business needs.
Vishal is passionate about building high performing teams in cutting edge technologies and believes in setting a culture of empowerment which fosters innovation and creativity.
He is currently tinkering with Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning technology to build innovative product & services for the Indian and global market.
He has implemented projects across the globe in various geographic including India, Japan, Nigeria, UAE, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar and other countries.

Iftekhar has 30 years of experience in international marketing, information technology, and healthcare industry.
He is an advisor to IIT Kanpur & MIT ADT where he mentors many start-ups. He is also the Senator, World Business Angel Forum representing India at various international investor forums.
Iftekhar is a fellow of India Global, a Policy think tank based in USA. He is also advisor to the Entrepreneur Café, and Former member of the World Entrepreneurship Forum (WEF) Lyon, France. Winner of Australian Innovator of the Year 2010 (Australian International Design Awards).
Iftekhar is the Founder Trustee of Aundh Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), a state of the-art, multispecialty hospital in Pune, Maharashtra, a first of its kind PPP project.
Iftekhar is also the co-founder of Meraklis Technologies, social digital community platform and Aero-Nero Solutions.
He has experience with the Boston Consulting Group, Alstom and Gateway to India, looking at the development and transfer of technology from France to India as well as developing business in both the American and Asian regions.
He is also one of the Trade Commissioners of France in India since 2009 and is a visiting professor at EM Lyon and is on the board of a few Euro Indian Ventures and Think Tanks. He is also one of the Trade Commissioners for France in India since 2009.

For the last five years, she has ventured as a consultant working with entrepreneurs with a vision to ideate and build next-generation performance marketing strategies and technologies to drive exponential growth for startups and MSME’s.
Rashmi is a mentor to various startups through TIE Pune, AIC Pinnacle and have successfully coached senior executives across startups and Tier 1 Multinational companies.
She is also an active social champion working on various projects such as awareness events for children in remote villages, PETA campaign, Amar Chitra Katha, Women Empowerment programs in rural Maharashtra and more recently have been active COVID Warrior helping frontline healthcare and security establishments.
Naresh brings with him close to three decades of extensive insights and experience building large operations, driving organization growth while focusing on customer needs, senior CXO engagement, and vendor management.
He has worked across different functions, managing and leading global teams to establish new sites in India and APAC for MNC’s. In his previous organization, he has been responsible for driving IT Strategy & transition, digital technology transformation, IT Infrastructure design & deployment, program management, organization performance management, and post-merger integration (PMI).
Naresh is a fitness enthusiast and avid cyclist and loves going for long rides on hidden Pune cycling trails.
