How It Works
Noustek worked for a ‘Non Profit organisation’ to quickly design and develop a disaster management solution.
Our Creative design studio worked on User research , Builiding user personas, Creating User Stories,Scenario/Customer Journey maps, Prototypes and Visual designs.
This app (Seva Karona) helps to connect needy people with NGOs and volunteers . The word Seva means help/volunteer in Hindi which is a common language in India.The app allows citizens to request help for themselves as well as others and enables Non profit organisations and volunteers to fulfil the needs of people who requested help regarding daily essentials.This brings a structured approach to volunteering and makes sure more number of people are helped during such tough times where the entire country is locked down by government and citizens are encouraged to not leave their homes.
- Backend was completely developed on Google Firebase.
- Analytics: We integrated Firebase Crashlytics for getting clear, actionable insight into app issues and crashes.
